Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Samesies: Party Games app for iPhone and Android. Short version: we do not collect your personal data.

What stays on your device

The games run on your device. Words you type, player numbers and scores stay on your device and are never sent to us. We have no accounts and no sign-up.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your card details. To know whether you have an active subscription, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user ID, your purchase history and basic device information (model, OS version, country). Analytics and ads

The app has no analytics SDK. Version 1.0 shows no ads.

From version 1.1, free players can choose to watch an optional rewarded video ad to unlock a game for the day. These ads are served by Google AdMob. When an ad is requested, Google may collect the device advertising ID, approximate location (from the IP address), app interaction and diagnostic data to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent first (Google consent form); without consent only non-personalized ads are shown. On iPhone, personalized ads are used only if you allow tracking in the system prompt. You can change ad privacy choices any time in Settings > Ad privacy settings. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your device. Purchase records stay with Apple or Google under their policies.
